Sound
From the toasts to the dance floor, everyone hears every word and every beat, with no feedback and no dead spots.

4-speaker system (2 acting as mains, and the other two satellites in the room as needed)
Digital Mixer to tune the sound to your venue
Lighting
You pick the color that sets the mood as the night begins. When the dance starts, I turn it into a light show set to the music.

Live Mixing
Once the dance floor opens, I’m reading the room and mixing what keeps people moving, with fun transitions and no song overstaying its welcome.

Here’s what’s included in the price, and what can change it.
Travel is included within about 30 miles of Hopkins, by driving distance.
Beyond that, travel is billed at the current IRS mileage rate for the full round trip. A venue 40 miles away is billed as 80 miles.
Beyond about 60 miles, I ask that you provide a hotel room.
Longer coverage or a second location is quoted on request.

Whenever you’re ready
Step 1:
Reserve your date
We sign a simple contract, and a 50% non-refundable deposit holds your date. I check in at six months, and you’re welcome to call me any time before then
3 months out
Step 2:
Share your vision
I send two forms: one for the details I need (times, names, songs for key moments), and an optional one about you two so I can tailor the night. I ask for both a month out, when I send your final invoice.
1-2 weeks out
Step 3:
Approve the plan
We hop on a video call, and I walk you through the full timeline I built from your answers. We cover any open questions, and everything I plan for the day gets your approval.
Your Wedding Day

Enjoy the day
I arrive early, set up, and check how everything looks and sounds from where you and your guests will be. All you have to do is enjoy it.

I’m Danny Boie 👋
I’m a music nerd first. You can often find me at The Armory seeing whatever DJ is in town, and when I’m behind the decks I’m truly in my element. Throughout the night I’m dancing and celebrating along with everyone on the dance floor. I especially love when I pull off a transition between two songs, or drop in a song in a fun and surprising way that nobody on the dance floor saw coming.
On the mic I aim to be warm and personable without ever taking over the spotlight. And my favorite moment of any wedding? The joy in the couple’s smiles at the end of the night when they tell me everything was perfect.
